WHAT TYPES OF PHOTOS OR PICTURES CAN I USE FOR MY PERSONALIZED GIFT / ITEM?

After you place your order, we are going to produce it in 1-5 days. Then, depending on your choice of shipping, you will receive your order between 3 to 15 days.
In case you need your order by a certain date, make sure you place your order considering these dates.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPING FROM?
Our company is located in Los Angeles, California - USA. However our production facility is located in Turkey. Depending on your order and item, your order can come from either Los Angeles or Turkey.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide however there might be some exceptions. In those cases, we would get in touch with you.
Delivery to some countries might be delayed due to our shipping carrier. In these cases, get in touch with us so we can also follow up on your order.

We accept payments via credit cards or debit cards with Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, American Express. Also you can make purchases with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay as well.

WHICH SHIPMENT COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with multiple shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS. For certain countries, we can also work with local postal offices on the last mile delivery. All these companies are reliable for us to ensure delivery of your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been shipped. You can track your order from FedEx’s, UPS's, USPS or DHL’s official websites.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CAME DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, these incidents can happen due to the nature of logistic chains worldwide. However do not worry, we would be happy to send a replacement product according to damage or if you accept we can give you a partial refund.
After you receive a damaged item, send us a message on our website or send us an email on support@pixarts.co. Make sure you have taken photos of the damage and package you receive because these are needed for shipping carrier disputes.
Depending on the damage type, we might need to run an investigation with our carrier and it might take up to 2-3 weeks. We will try our best to provide you with solutions and alternatives in these cases.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
For customized products, unfortunately we do not accept returns since these items are custom made according to your preferences.
For not custom made products, we do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase, but we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. If you like to return your order, shipment costs are non-refundable and return expenses should be covered by the customer.
WHAT IF THE DESIGN I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We might be out of stock due to the high number of orders or unexpected situations. However, we are going to do our best to stock up. For this type of situations, please send us an email on support@pixarts.co so we can come up with solutions as soon as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course! After you place an order, you have 12 hours to cancel your order if you change your mind.
However if your order passes the 12-hour mark, it is highly likely that your item is being manufactured and therefore it is not possible to cancel your order afterwards.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG?
Contact us right away at support@pixarts.co with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do what we can to correct the shipping address on your order.
However, if your order has already shipped, we will get in touch with our carrier and see if it is possible to update the delivery address. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee for this case. Therefore, make sure you enter the correct address.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE AT A TIME?
No, only 1 discount code per order is possible.
